Instead of breakfast, try this mixture for three weeks :

First week: 1 tablespoon flax meal mixed with 100 ml of kefir

Third week: 3 tablespoons flax meal mixed with 150 ml of kefir

 

If it is a problem for you to find flax meal, buy flaxseed and grind it finely. Do not make reserves for several days. It is best if every morning you prepare a fresh helping.
