Chocolate is the ‘sweet of choice’ for many people. It contains an ingredient called phenylethylamine, which produces endorphins and serotonin – the hormones of happiness. Some scientists came to the conclusion that although most think that the desire for sex increases when you eat chocolate, it has nothing to do with it! In other words; the whole theory about chocolate having sexual powers is a myth!
