SEXY FOOD|Ignite your passion with these foods

Food will often give you a nice and pleasant feeling after consumption. Certain foods also contain pheromones which carry aphrodisiac effects to awaken our sexual desires. For women; chocolate and coffee evoke feelings of positivity and desire. Whilst for men, research suggests peaches and eggs get them geared up.

Some more ‘sensual foods’ are saffron, beef and watermelon, which are all said to awaken sexuality to both men and women.

Sexy Taste
Chocolate is the ‘sweet of choice’ for many people. It contains an ingredient called phenylethylamine, which produces endorphins and serotonin – the hormones of happiness. Some scientists came to the conclusion that although most think that the desire for sex increases when you eat chocolate, it has nothing to do with it! In other words; the whole theory about chocolate having sexual powers is a myth!
Black coffee
Bad breath will often plague those who choose to consume  coffee and it is far from appealing! However, this drink has some “sexy” features. Scientists have found that coffee stimulates sexual desire in women and stimulates the part of the brain that regulates arousal.
One warning: should not forget that coffee affects sleep patterns. It is therefore very important to pay attention to which part of the day it is consumed.
healthy eggs
They are a source of L-arginine amino acid, which prevents erectile dysfunction. Eggs should not just be eaten  for breakfast. We advise you to get creative when cooking eggs with your romantic dinners!
tasty peaches
The gentle texture, beautiful color and phenomenal smell make this fruit add to it’s allure. Peaches also contain a sufficient percentage of vitamin C which has a beneficial effect on male fertility. Greater consumption of peaches leads to greater production of sperm and prevents occurrence of immobile sperm. Frozen peaches have more vitamin C than fresh.
This spice comes from the saffron flower and has a mild, delicate flavor. It is very popular in Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine. Saffron has acquired the reputation of aphrodisiac with reason, making it the one who consumed it an incredible lover. It is added in hot (not boiling) water for tea and left to act for 15 minutes. Goes great with cereals, seafood, soups and stews.
Beef  contains zinc and iron. It is also full of protein and B vitamins. There is something seductive  about putting beef on the grill. Could it be the tantalizing smell?  Many identify the scent with the act of foreplay that you eat it. Eating a steak itself can certainly be a sexy experience for the person who eats it!
Watermelons carry incredible rates of amino acid citrulline, which the body needs to produce arginine. This amino acid (arginine) helps the vascular system. In males, it leads to a healthier erection and in women increases libido. Visualise the one you love, eating a refreshing slice of watermelon in the midst of a hot day…..now isn’t that a sexy, mental image?
